Yes, customer service is fantastic. The doll came exactly as you’d expect it, amazingly accurate. The doll is very pretty and real. TPE feels quite nice. Also, it’s quite heavy. Even for a “small” doll. So for the average person might want to consider hitting the gym every now and then. It came with a bunch of extras which are sold separately on the site, so glad I didn’t order those. Overall, a pleasant experience.
