Yes, good product, good support. I bought a 165cm doll and an extra head, and received the package on time as described in their shipping policies page. I was so excited! I think everything was perfect. Overall, the product is excellent. If you are on the fence, I say, “Go for it!” These dolls are amazing. And with Customer Service standing behind their product to make sure that you are satisfied, you have nothing to lose but that big empty spot in your bed!
